nerves and excitement

I don't think I slept well last night. I have a headache. I think the headache was caused by not eating enough food last night. I think it was made worse by me grinding my teeth in my sleep last night, which I know I did because my jaw and teeth are sore, especially on my left side. I guess I favor that side even though I'm right-handed.

Whenever I know that it's my last day of something, I always try to take special note of my routine on that last day. So today, I paid attention to the things I was doing while getting ready. When I got outside, there was a 134 bus approaching, but a 143 bus was at the stop, so I got on that one. I hadn't taken the 143 in a long time even though I prefer that route. A 134 always seems to show up first. Anyway, after I was on the bus, I regretted my decision. I will have to take the 143 once I start school (starting Monday), and I probably won't need to take the 134 for a very long time. On the upside, the bus didn't get the least bit crowded. Once I got inside my office building, I pushed my way through the revolving door, noticing the entrance and the people entering at this time of day. Even though I'll be returning to do odd jobs, it won't be on a weekday morning. I made a special glance at the view out of the windows opposite the elevator bank. Upstairs, I consciously turned on my laptop and desk lights. And now, here I am typing away on the computer that I will turn in to IT in about eight hours.
