more on milk

Echoing back to my 28 June post about bad milk, I've recently decided through taste-testing that Organic Valley is an awesome brand of milk. Not only does their milk actually last up to and beyond the expiration date (unlike the previously mentioned Deans), but it also tastes really great. Certainly worth the extra pocket change to try it once. Organic Valley also produces yogurt, cheese and other dairy products. Their co-op approach to dairy farming is heart-warming and makes you feel a little better about that extra bit you pay.

In other "news," one of my textbooks for the fall arrived over the weekend. The one I received is for my Mechanical and Electrical Building Systems class. The text is just over 2" thick, and I have to admit that it scared me at first glance.
