stocking up

Since I start school again in a couple days, I've been trying to stock up on various things so I won't have to worry about errands as much in what will surely be stressful, upcoming months. One of the items on my list was cat litter. I went to the pet store this evening and got a bit over-ambitious. I bought the 40lb box of litter since it was on sale. Then there was the issue of carrying it four blocks home. A rest stop and two sore arms later, I made it home.

The cat introductions are going about as well as I expected, which is to say that it's a hard adjustment for both of them and it will probably be a week or so before they get past growling at each other.
